上能电气2011年开始推出组串式逆变器产品进军分布式光伏,SP-320K-H是其官网上最大功率的组串式逆变器,额定输出功率为320KW。

 

该产品特点为:最大效率99.02%,12路MPPT设计,适应复杂环境;支持PLC通讯,节省通讯线缆成本;支持1.5倍以上容配比,降低LCOE;MPPT最大输入电流45A,适配大功率组件;组串级PV曲线扫描,精准定位组串故障。

光伏逆变器行业经过多年的市场竞争,已形成较为稳定、集中的市场格局。在国内,集中式地面电站主要以央国企招投标为主。

 

经过多年的发展,目前上能电气在集中式地面电站的招投标中稳居前三。与此同时,公司重视海外市场的发展,目前在完成印度、东南亚、中东、欧洲等地面光伏电站市场业务布局的基础上,继续增加其他业务及细分市场的海外拓展。

 

7月19日晚间,上能电气披露2023年半年报。报告期内实现营收21.77亿元,同比增长416.58%;净利润1.35亿元,同比增长488.54%。

Following brands like Sungrow, GoodWe, Growatt, Enphase, and Ginlong Technologies, this edition's focus is on the SINENG Electric SP-320K-H inverter.

 

 

Since 2011,SINENG Electric has ventured into the distributed photovoltaic sector with its string inverters. The SP-320K-H is the flagship model on their official website, boasting a rated output power of 320KW.

 

Key features of this product include: an exceptional efficiency of up to 99.02%, a 12-MPPT design for adapting to complex environments, support for PLC communication to reduce cable costs, compatibility with over 1.5 times rated PV array capacity ratio to lower LCOE, a maximum MPPT input current of 45A to accommodate high-power modules, and string-level PV curve scanning for pinpointing string faults accurately.

 

Most of the components for this inverter are sourced from the USA and Japan. IGBT and MOSFET components are supplied by the US-based ON Semiconductor, while the MCU control chip and connectors are provided by Texas Instruments and Amphenol, both American companies.

 

Inductors and PCB boards are sourced from Chinese firms EAGLERISE and Shengyi Electronics, respectively. Heat sinks and transformers come from Japanese firm Sanyo and Taiwanese manufacturer Delta Electronics.

 

SINENG's photovoltaic inverter portfolio primarily consists of string, central, and distributed inverters. Their string inverters range from 8KW to 350KW, offering a broad power coverage. Employing multi-level/soft-switching technology maximizes system efficiency. An ultra-wide MPPT voltage input range caters to residential, commercial, and large-scale ground station applications.

 

After years of market competition, the photovoltaic inverter industry has formed a relatively stable, concentrated market structure. In China, the central ground station projects are primarily tendered by central state-owned enterprises.

 

Following years of development,SINENG Electric now consistently ranks in the top three for tenders of central ground station projects. Simultaneously, the company prioritizes international market expansion. They've already established their presence in ground station markets in India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, while continuing to extend their reach to other overseas markets and segments.

 

On the evening of July 19th,SINENG Electric released its H1 2023 interim report. They achieved a revenue of 2.177 billion RMB in the first half of the year, a staggering YoY growth of 416.58%. Net profit reached 135 million RMB, reflecting a remarkable YoY growth of 488.54%.
